More Grimsbury Farm fun

A couple of months back I posted about our first visit to Grimsbury Farm near Bristol. Last week we went back for another visit, taking The Mr this time and meeting with a family friend. Having visited a few cimilar places that are farm type family friendly places to visit, I have to say Grimsbury Farm is the best by far! My reasons for this are that it's free - yes Free! Totally free to get in, free to see the animals and walk around the farm, free for the children to go into the play ground and free to park! The only time you need dip into your pocket is if you fancy a bite to eat or something to drink at the cafe and I have to say the prices are so reasonable!

We had a picnic and played in the playground before walking round to see the animals, including some gorgeous piglets!

There is plenty of space for picnics, the playground is new and fun with lots to keep the little ones entertained and a great range of animals to see. You really could spend the best part of the day there. Well worth a visit if you are in the are, and don't forget to pop a few coins in the donation box if you can, to help keep it a free & fun place to visit!
